Boston Scientific is seeking a results-driven Territory Sales Manager to lead Peripheral Interventions across Northern, Western, and Pacific Mexico. You will translate strategy into disciplined execution, develop opportunities, and build strong relationships with customers and cross-functional stakeholders.

The role requires leading a high-performing commercial team, expanding market access, and strengthening distributor partnerships while maintaining integrity and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Healthcare, or related field.
• 7+ years commercial experience and 3+ years people management.
• Fluent English and Spanish; based in Guadalajara or Monterrey with travel.
• Experience managing distributors and direct accounts.

Responsabilités

• Develop territory business plans aligned with company goals.
• Own sales performance, targets, pipeline, and forecasting accuracy.
• Lead and develop sales and clinical teams.
• Manage distributor relationships and channel strategy.
• Identify growth opportunities and expand market coverage.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Clinical, Finance, and Supply Chain.
• Ensure compliant, ethical commercial practices.
