You will develop territory plans, manage distributors, and build executive partnerships while translating strategy into disciplined sales execution with integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Healthcare, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• 7+ years of commercial experience and 3+ years of people management experience.
• Experience managing distributors, channel partners, or indirect sales models.
• Fluent English and Spanish with strong business communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and evaluate territory business plans across Mexico.
• Own territory sales performance, revenue targets, pipeline management, and forecasting accuracy.
• Lead, coach, and develop a sales and clinical team; establish expectations and succession plans.
