A logistics solution provider in Zapopan seeks an Operations Supervisor to manage daily operations and uphold employee engagement. The role includes overseeing payroll accuracy, facilitating new hire onboarding, and conducting performance reviews. Candidates should have strong communication skills (B2 level in English), solid problem-solving abilities, and a customer-oriented mindset. Formación

  • Experience managing teams in a dynamic environment.

  • Provide coaching and mentoring to team members.
  • Monitor engagement of remote and hybrid employees.

Location: Guadalajara
Schedule: 2 days 10:00-19:00 and 3 days 15:00-00:00 (You may choose the days that work best for you.)
English Level: B2 Intermediate
Salary: $28,000 MXN / month

What You’ll Be Doing
Operational Oversight & People Management

Oversee day‑to‑day operational execution for assigned employees ensuring consistent people‑management practices and full compliance with internal KPIs, SOPs and performance cycles.

Payroll Review & Accuracy

Review and validate employee payroll components including overtime, vacations, absences and schedule adjustments. Identify discrepancies proactively by keeping employee information up to date.

New Hire Setup & Readiness

Coordinate IT packet assignment and system setup. Ensure workstations and layouts are fully ready before the new hires’ first day.

Employee Change Management

Process changes related to shift modality, job position, salary, benefits or client assignment within defined SLAs. Serve as an advocate for assigned reps inside the organization. Maintain active communication with CSM/AM regarding engagement levels and team wellbeing.

HR Incidents Reporting & PIPs

Manage HR incidents and Performance Improvement Plans. Conduct monthly 1:1 meetings to review performance and operational issues. Prepare and use internal reports and dashboards related to growth, retention, PTO usage, KPIs and overall team health.

New Hire Onboarding & Engagement

Support and monitor the onboarding journey for all new hires. Develop and track quarterly action plans based on engagement insights. Identify risks early, document success cases and implement strategies to reduce churn and elevate the employee experience.

Performance Review Cycle (PRC) & 1:1 Compliance

Ensure all steps of the Performance Review Cycle are executed on time. Guide employees through self‑reflections and manager reviews. Conduct and document regular 1:1s in Rankmi ensuring follow‑up on action items.

Supervision Coaching & Development

Directly supervise assigned team members. Provide coaching, mentoring and shadowing sessions regularly. Offer continuous feedback to support performance improvement and professional growth.

Home Office / Hybrid Follow‑Up

Monitor compliance and engagement for remote and hybrid employees. Track trends in performance, behavior patterns and retention data. Translate insights into action plans and ensure effective follow‑up with employees and internal stakeholders.
