Formación

• 3–5 years in IT support or IT operations.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune.
• Familiarity with Jira or similar ticketing tools.

Responsabilidades

• Provide end-user L1/L2 support for hardware and software.
• Diagnose and resolve workstation and basic networking issues.
• Manage global Jira tickets – prioritization and assignment.
