ETAP in Mexico City is seeking a detail-oriented IT Systems Specialist to support global IT operations on-site. You’ll own key areas such as asset management, ticket triage, and documentation, coordinating with the Senior Systems Administrator (USA) and regional IT teams to ensure scalable support.

The role requires 3–5 years in IT support, experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, and Jira, plus solid Windows endpoint knowledge and strong documentation skills.

Formación

• 3–5 years in IT support or IT operations.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune.
• Familiarity with Jira or similar ticketing tools.
• Experience with asset management (Lansweeper preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting and deskside support skills.
• Solid understanding of Windows endpoint environments.
• Clear documentation and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and SaaS (Jira ticketing).
• Troubleshoot workstations, access issues, and basic networking.
• Support onboarding/offboarding (devices, access, setup).
• Deliver onsite/deskside support as needed.
• Triage and manage global Jira tickets (prioritization, assignment, SLAs).
• Collaborate with regional IT teams to maintain coverage.
• Own and maintain global IT asset inventory (Lansweeper).
• Track asset lifecycle (procurement → retirement).
• Enforce approved software standards across endpoints.
• Document and standardize IT processes globally.
• Maintain IT knowledge base (runbooks, SOPs, user guides).
• Assist with access reviews and audit readiness.
