ETAP is seeking an IT Systems Specialist to support global IT operations on-site in Mexico City. You will handle L1/L2 end-user support for hardware, software, and SaaS, manage Jira tickets, and participate in asset and endpoint management, documentation, and process improvements.

You will collaborate with regional IT teams and the USA-based Senior Systems Administrator to ensure consistent, scalable support and governance across offices.

Formación

• 3–5 years in IT support or IT operations.
• Experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Intune.
• Familiarity with Jira or similar ticketing tools.
• Experience with asset management (Lansweeper preferred).
• Strong troubleshooting and deskside support skills.
• Solid understanding of Windows endpoints.
• Clear documentation and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide L1/L2 end-user IT support for hardware, software, and SaaS.
• Triage and manage global Jira tickets with SLAs.
• Own and maintain global IT asset inventory and lifecycle.
• Enforce software standards and manage access reviews.
• Maintain IT knowledge base and document IT processes.
