Maersk in Mexico City is seeking an IT Support Technician to join the Onsite Technology team. You will provide hands-on IT support across workplace technologies, infrastructure, asset lifecycle, and end-user services for business units, including VIP stakeholders.
Responsibilities include managing asset lifecycle, hardware/software asset management, troubleshooting devices, printers, LAN issues, and coordinating local technology projects.
Formación
- 3+ years IT support experience in a large/global organization.
- Experience with end-user computing and onsite infrastructure.
- Experience with collaboration technologies and video conferencing.
- ITIL knowledge is an advantage.
Responsabilidades
- Provide onsite technical support for incidents and service requests.
- Manage IT asset lifecycle including installation, relocation, upgrades, and decommissioning.
- Support hardware and software asset management, inventory accuracy, tracking, and compliance activities.
- Troubleshoot end-user devices, printers, collaboration technologies, LAN connectivity, and local infrastructure issues.
- Deliver high-quality support for VIP users while ensuring service level commitments are met.
- Coordinate local technology projects, hardware and software upgrades, and procurement activities in line with company processes.
