Stefanini LATAM in Mexico City is looking for an IT support professional to implement and maintain global System and Security Management Solutions. Responsibilities include 3rd level support, operational tasks, and knowledge transfer to the local IT community.

The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience in L2 and L3 support, advanced English proficiency, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Formación

• Over 3 years of experience on site tech support L2 and L3.
• Ability to creatively solve problems with minimal guidance.
• High motivation to work in a challenging, global, and multicultural team.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and maintain Aumovio's global System and Security Management Solutions.
• 3rd level support tasks for SSM team related topics.
• Responsible for operational tasks & documentation within the SSM area.

Conocimientos

Advanced Level of English - C1

Problem-solving skills

Technical planning

Knowledge of IT operation

Working knowledge of ITIL

Fluent in English

Well organized

Educación

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
