Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree, 5+ years experience in IT support, and be fluent in both English and Spanish. Responsibilities include resolving technical issues, managing hardware installations, and providing recommendations on new technologies. Formación
- 5+ years of experience in an IT technical role.
- 2+ years experience in desktop hardware, operating systems, and business communication platforms.
Responsabilidades
- Deliver world-class IT support to onsite and remote executives.
- Independently resolve complex, break/fix issues in person or via telephone.
- Perform installations, replacements, upgrades, and other hardware/software related tasks.
