NTT DATA is seeking a dedicated L2 Support Specialist to join our CDMX, Ciudad de México team. You will actively resolve L2 issues with thorough analysis, assist with code fixes and testing, and support product servers and clients on modern platforms.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in maintenance and support, with strong Unix/SQL skills and experience in Java development and application support. Collaboration and RCA-based problem solving are essential.

Formación

• 3+ years of relevant experience in application maintenance and support.
• Unix, SQL and knowledge of scripting languages.
• Knowledge of programming language – preferably Java

Responsabilidades

• Provide L2 support with detailed analysis to resolve issues.
• Assist with code fixes and rigorous testing where required.
• Support product servers and clients on cutting-edge platforms.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and continuous delivery.
• Help enhance application performance and collaborate with other team members.
• Perform detailed RCA of production issues and implement corrective actions.
