Job summary

Empresaconfidencial is seeking a Service Delivery Technician to support its technology operations on site in Mexico City. The role focuses on minimizing downtime through rapid incident response and enabling users to work efficiently.

The position requires hands-on IT experience and strong customer service in a fast-paced environment. The candidate should have 3–5 years in IT, a related degree, fluent English, and relevant certifications.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in an IS/IT environment with hardware, software, printers and peripheral equipment knowledge.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
• Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus.
• Certifications such as MCSE, MCTS, AppleCare Hardware, A+, or Cisco are preferred.
• Working knowledge of Windows Server platforms, Windows and macOS, LANs and WANs.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products (Windows/Office), macOS, iOS and Citrix Client.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to users and systems, ensuring continuity of business operations.
• Diagnose and resolve issues affecting mobile devices, scanners, printers, and business-critical systems.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software in accordance with company standards.
• Ensure rapid resolution of critical incidents affecting business operations.
• Support network connectivity, including Wi‑Fi, mobile devices and access points, to maintain operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage the lifecycle of IT assets.
