The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree and extensive experience in technical roles, particularly in desktop hardware and Microsoft 0365 products. Responsibilities include resolving issues, providing proactive support, and assisting with IT functions across the LATAM region. Formación
- 5+ years' experience in an IT technical role.
- 2+ years' experience in desktop hardware and operating systems.
- 2+ years' experience with Microsoft 0365 products.
Responsabilidades
- Deliver world-class IT support to onsite executives.
- Resolve complex issues in person or via telephone.
- Provide proactive support to high visibility individuals.
