Dematic seeks a Payroll Specialist - Mexico to lead end-to-end payroll for three companies, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance across Mexico. You will collaborate with HR, Finance, and external vendors to deliver timely payroll processing and robust controls.

The role requires handling weekly and bi-weekly payrolls, complex calculations, and annual adjustments like ISR, PTU, and aguinaldo, while maintaining data integrity in multiple systems and supporting audits.

Formación

• 6–8 years of payroll experience in Mexico.
• Strong knowledge of IMSS, INFONAVIT, LFT, ICSE, SISUB, SAT.
• Hands-on with payroll systems (Tress, UKG WFM, SAP, Workday).
• Excellent Excel skills for analysis and validation.
• High accuracy, data integrity, and confidentiality.
• Bilingual Spanish/English communication.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/HR preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for Mexico for three companies.
• Execute complex payroll calculations, adjustments, and settlements.
• Support annual ISR adjustments, PTU, aguinaldo, and savings fund.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican labor regulations and tax rules.
• Maintain payroll data across systems (Tress, UKG WFM, SAP, Workday).
• Produce payroll reports for Finance and leadership.
• Resolve complex payroll discrepancies and support audits.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and vendors to ensure accuracy.
