Klar is seeking a Payroll Analyst to lead end-to-end payroll for Mexico, based in Mexico City with a hybrid work model. You will ensure timely, accurate payroll delivery and compliance with local regulations.

Reporting to the Senior People Operations Manager, you will coordinate with ADP and internal teams, maintain audit-ready records, and support statutory processes across IMSS, INFONAVIT, IDSE, SUA.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• 3+ years of payroll experience in Mexico.
• Experience with monthly payroll cycles.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican payroll legislation.
• Experience with IMSS, INFONAVIT, IDSE, SUA.
• ADP experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience supporting audits and payroll reconciliations.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Advanced English is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end monthly Mexico payroll cycle from input to closing.
• Validate payroll inputs including hires, terminations, salary changes, bonuses, deductions.
• Coordinate payroll processing with ADP and providers for timely execution.
• Maintain statutory payroll processes incl. IMSS, INFONAVIT, IDSE, SUA.
• Prepare payroll reconciliations and support accounting close.
• Serve as primary payroll contact for employees.
