AgileOne in Mexico is seeking a Payroll Specialist to serve as the primary payroll and employment support partner for assigned clients, MSP partners, and contingent workers, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant payroll.

You will manage the full payroll lifecycle, including setup, processing, audits, compliance, issue resolution, reporting, and employee support, collaborating across client teams to deliver concierge-level service.

Formación

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of US payroll, US staffing, or US HR, experience.
• Successful experience working US business hours from a remote setting.
• Strong technology aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new systems and software.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Payroll Administration: Process US weekly payroll accurately and on time using VMS platforms and internal payroll apps.
• Audit payroll data for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
