Dematic seeks a Payroll Specialist – Mexico to manage end‑to‑end payroll for multiple Mexican entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely execution. You will partner with HR, Finance and external vendors to deliver reliable payroll operations in a complex regulatory environment.

The role requires strong knowledge of Mexican payroll regulations (IMSS, INFONAVIT, LFT, SAT) and hands‑on experience with Tress/UKG WFM/SAP/Workday. Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.

Formación

• 6–8 years of proven Mexican payroll experience with IMSS, INFONAVIT, LFT, SAT knowledge.
• Hands-on payroll system experience: Tress, UKG WFM, SAP or Workday.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or HR preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for Mexico across three companies.
• Handle complex payroll calculations, adjustments, off-cycle payments, and terminations.
• Support ISR adjustment, PTU, aguinaldo, and savings fund processes.
• Ensure compliance with LFT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, IC SO E, SISUB, SAT regulations.
• Maintain payroll data across Tress, UKG WFM, SAP, and Workday.
• Calculate deductions including ISR, ISN, and Social Security.
• Generate payroll reports for Finance, Accounting and leadership.
• Resolve complex payroll discrepancies and system issues.
• Support internal/external audits (IMSS, SAT) and ensure audit readiness.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance and vendors for data accuracy.
