AlertMedia is seeking an HR Operations & Payroll Specialist to join our Mexico People team. The role covers payroll, benefits, HRIS, time and attendance, statutory compliance, and vendor coordination, reporting to the Regional HR Manager.

You will own end-to-end payroll processes, coordinate with our payroll provider, and ensure compliant, accurate, and scalable People operations while delivering an excellent employee experience. Hybrid work in Mexico City is offered.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in HR Operations, payroll administration, or related HR role in Mexico.
• Experience supporting Mexican payroll and pre-payroll processes, ideally with an external payroll provider.
• Solid knowledge of Mexican payroll and social security requirements (IMSS, INFONAVIT, FONACOT, SUA/SIPARE, PTU, aguinaldo, vacation premium).
• Experience administering HRIS, payroll, time and attendance, and/or benefits systems; Rippling is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end payroll cycle including data collection, validation, and reporting of payroll-impacting incidents.
• Coordinate recurring Mexico payroll and social security requirements.
• Administer Mexico HRIS and employee records, including PTO, absences, schedules, and changes.
• Manage day-to-day benefits administration (Major Medical Insurance, meal vouchers) and vendor coordination.
• Serve as primary operations contact for Mexico HR vendors and issue resolution.
• Support Mexico employees and document, simplify, and improve People processes.
• Coordinate Mexico employee experience initiatives with the Regional HR Manager.
