Temu in Mexico is seeking a results-driven partnerships and operations leader to proactively recruit and develop effective local partnerships with merchandise partners, manufacturers, and brands. You will guide partners on market positioning, product planning, brand marketing, and operational strategies to drive growth.

• 5+ years of operational experience in brand management or platform operations.
• Strong data analysis skills to identify trends and inform strategy.
• Proven ability to manage merchant programs and cross-functional projects.
• Extensive connections with local seller and vendor networks is a plus.
• Ability to develop market positioning, product planning and marketing plans.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively recruit and develop effective local partnerships with merchandise partners, manufacturers, and brands.
• Assist partners in establishing themselves on the platform and guide growth through planning and marketing strategies.
• Propose innovative ideas and lead projects through resource integration and merchant guidance.
• Conduct industry analysis, identify customer needs via data analysis, and adjust strategies to market trends.
• Work under pressure and manage logistics during high-demand periods.
