The ideal candidate combines investor thinking with operational excellence and has a proven ability to scale businesses and lead executive teams. Industry experience in PE, M&A, or management consulting is valued, while industry-specific accounting/ERP experience is not required.

Formación

• MBA required from a leading university.
• Advanced English is mandatory; Portuguese is preferred.
• Proven track record in scaling businesses and leading executive teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the country operations and overall business strategy.
• Drive profitable growth and improve EBITDA through strategic initiatives.
• Lead organizational transformation and change management.
• Build and coach high-performing leadership teams.
• Oversee acquisitions, post-merger integrations, and scaling efforts.
• Design scalable operating models to support future growth.
• Partner with Board and investors to execute long-term objectives.
• Represent the company with key clients and strategic partners.
