Job summary

Blacksmith Agency, an AI-first digital marketing shop, seeks a Media Strategist to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You’ll shape the roadmap, manage budgets, and advise on strategy with the client on calls.

You’ll run campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize for ROAS, and collaborate with an US-facing team on live calls. Remote position.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta with proven ROAS/CPA improvements.
• Agency experience across multiple clients and campaigns.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing.
• Implement accurate conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager, and platform pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and report on numbers.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell, and long-term relationships.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands‑on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
