Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Strategist to own paid media for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will guide targeting, budget calls, roadmap, and narrative when clients ask why decisions were made.

You will be the strategic voice, making calls on media plans, performance, and client communications. Remote opportunity with US/CA/LatAm/South Africa coverage.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Proven track record of improving ROAS, CPA, or pipeline metrics.
• Experience managing multiple clients within an agency.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads for client accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting, and creative testing; know when to pause a campaign.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager, and pixels.
• Develop 90-day and quarterly client roadmaps and explain results on calls.
• Drive account growth: retention, upsell, and long-term relationships.

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Paid Media Strategist you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
