Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Media Strategist you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why.

You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls. Remote-friendly role with US/Canada/LatAm clients on live calls, optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, using GA4 pixels and clear reporting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements
• Agency experience handling multiple clients
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for client accounts
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing
• Conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, Tag Manager and pixels
• 90 day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and narrative on performance calls
• Account growth through retention and upsell

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands‑on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
