Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is a remote, AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Manager to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape the targeting, budget calls, roadmap and narrative when clients ask why, acting as the strategic voice at the table.

You will manage paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize budgets, test creatives, and ensure accurate conversion tracking. You will define 90-day roadmaps and drive account growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta.
• A track record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and testing; know when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• Develop the 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client and explain the numbers on calls.
• Grow accounts through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
