Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Media Strategist to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You set targeting, budget calls, and the narrative when clients ask why.

You will lead campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, manage budgets and bidding, and craft the 90-day roadmaps with clear storytelling on performance. Remote role with US/Canada/Latin America clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Proven ROAS/CPA/pipeline improvements.
• Agency experience across multiple clients.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands‑on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
