Blacksmith Agency in a remote-friendly setup is seeking a Media Strategist to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape targeting, budgets, timelines, and narrative on calls with clients.

You bring 3+ years in Google Ads and Meta, a track record of ROAS/CPA improvements, agency experience, and clear spoken English with US clients on live calls. This is a remote/full-time role with US/CA/LA time zones.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Handle budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to pause or kill a campaign.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking and attribution with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop the 90-day and quarterly roadmap for each client and present the story behind the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term client relationships.
