Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency seeking a Paid Media Manager who will own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients. You will shape strategy, budget calls, and narratives on calls as the strategic voice for clients.

You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads, optimize bidding and targeting, and ensure trusted conversion tracking with GA4 and pixels. This role is fully remote with international reach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for assigned accounts.
• Manage budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; decide when to kill a campaign.
• Set up and verify conversion tracking with GA4, Tag Manager and platform pixels.
• Develop the 90-day and quarterly roadmaps for each client and explain the numbers on calls.
• Drive account growth through retention, upsell and long-term relationships.
