Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking a Paid Social Media Manager to own paid media campaigns for B2B and growing-brand clients. You will lead targeting, bidding, budget calls, and storytelling during client asks, acting as the strategic voice in meetings.

You should have 3+ years hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta, a proven ROAS/CPA track record, agency experience across multiple clients, and clear spoken English for US-based calls.

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Own paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.
