Job summary

Blacksmith Agency LLC is an AI‑first digital agency hiring a Media Strategist to own paid media for a portfolio of B2B and growing-brand clients, shaping targeting, budgets, roadmap and client narratives. You will manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, optimize bids, run tests, and decide when to pause a campaign.

You will own analytics setup with GA4, Tag Manager and pixel tracking.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
• Agency experience across multiple clients simultaneously.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.

Responsibilities

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing; know when to kill a campaign.

Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency. As Media Strategist you own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

What You Will Own

• Paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads for your accounts.
• Budget allocation, bidding, targeting and creative testing, and when to kill a campaign.
• Conversion tracking and attribution you can trust: GA4, tag manager and platform pixels.
• The 90 day and quarterly roadmap for each client, and the story behind the numbers on the call.
• Account growth: retention, upsell and the long-term relationship.

What You Bring

• 3+ years hands‑on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
