Blacksmith Agency LLC is seeking an Account Strategist to own paid media for a book of B2B and growing-brand clients: the targeting, the budget calls, the roadmap and the narrative when the client asks why. You are the strategic voice at the table, and you make the calls.

This role focuses on paid media across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn and Microsoft Ads, with budget allocation, bidding, testing and campaign optimizations, plus tracking accuracy with GA4 and tags.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on in Google Ads and Meta: you have built, run and optimized the campaigns yourself.
• A record of moving ROAS, CPA or pipeline numbers you can walk us through.
• Agency experience across several clients at once.
• Clear spoken English with US clients on live calls.
