Autoliv Mexico is seeking a Recruitment Senior Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle from partnering with hiring managers to sourcing and screening top talent across the Americas. You will develop staffing plans for requisitions, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience and compliance with local laws.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in manufacturing recruitment, with preferred experience in the US and Brazil, ATS proficiency, and strong stakeholder
