Autoliv Mexico is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to partner with management, implement HR policies, and drive employee engagement and development. You will advise managers on employee relations, oversee compensation reviews, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.

The role focuses on coordinating HR processes, ensuring policy compliance, and delivering data-driven insights to improve organizational effectiveness in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources, payroll administration, time and attendance management, or related HR operations.
• Proficiency in TRESS HRIS and payroll systems; experience with Workforce Management platforms is preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and dashboards.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to support workforce planning, recruitment, internal promotions, and talent development initiatives.
• Manage employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions, labor law cases, incident investigations, performance management, contract terminations, and exit interviews.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and Quality, Environmental, and Occupational Health & Safety management system requirements.
• Develop, coordinate, and monitor training and development programs, onboarding, work regulation training, and performance evaluation processes.
• Analyze and report HR metrics, including turnover, absenteeism, and workforce trends, providing data-driven insights to support business decisions.
