Job summary

Autoliv MexicoHR Manager position is available to support the HR Director and Central Functions by driving strategic HR initiatives, managing cross-functional projects, and delivering HR solutions across our manufacturing footprint.

This role requires a proactive, collaborative leader with 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including business partnering and project management, and a strong understanding of HR disciplines such as talent management and employee relations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or Business Degree.
• Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) a plus.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including business partnering and project management.
• 5+ years in Human Resources management and leadership.
• Strong understanding of HR disciplines including talent management, organizational development, and employee relations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Experience supporting corporate or central functions in a global organization.
• Demonstrated experience working in unionized manufacturing or industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Support & Partnership with the HR Director and central functions.
• Data & Analytics: analyze HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and provide leadership reports.
• Central Functions Support: manage terminations/RIFs, PIPs/Performance issues, and global contractor oversight.
• Health, Safety & Sustainability: partner on site safety and incident reduction initiatives.
