Job summary

Autoliv Shared Services Center in Querétaro seeks a Recruitment Senior Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and partner with business leaders, HRBPs, and vendors to attract top talent in manufacturing for the Americas.

You will build staffing plans, ensure candidate experience, and maintain compliant records while leveraging ATS and modern tools. Fluency in English and Portuguese is required; on-site with hybrid Fridays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment in manufacturing environments.
• Experience recruiting for the US and Brazil is highly desirable.
• Proficient with ATS and modern recruitment tools; strong stakeholder management.
• Professional proficiency in English and Portuguese.

Job description

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle while building and maintaining strong relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, HR Business Partners, vendors, and candidates. Key responsibilities include leveraging effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent, developing and executing staffing plans for assigned requisitions, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top manufacturing talent within the Americas (focus on indirect positions).
• Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media platforms, industry networks, and employee referrals, to identify and engage qualified candidates. Conduct comprehensive resume reviews, candidate screenings, and assessments to build strong talent pipelines.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records, interview documentation, and recruitment metrics.

What Is Required

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience within manufacturing environments; experience in the automotive industry and/or R&D technical centers is preferred.
• Experience recruiting for both the United States and Brazil is highly desirable
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while delivering a high-quality hiring process.
• Proficiency with ATS and modern recruitment tools.Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Professional proficiency in English and Portuguese.

Location: Autoliv Shared Services Center - Avenida 5 de Febrero 1414, Queretaro, Querétaro

Hybrid work arrangement

On-site Monday through Thursday; remote, short workday on Fridays.
