Autoliv is seeking an HR Manager to support the HR Director and central functions, driving strategic HR initiatives and cross-functional projects in a global manufacturing environment. You will lead workforce planning, talent development, and stakeholder engagement across U.S.

and Mexican operations. The role requires strong leadership, HR analytics, and labor relations expertise, with a track record in unionized manufacturing settings.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Business Degree.
• Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including business partnering and project management.
• 5+ years in Human Resources management and leadership.
• Strong understanding of HR disciplines including talent management, organizational development, and employee relations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Experience supporting corporate or central functions in a global organization.
• Experience in unionized manufacturing or industrial environments with knowledge of labor relations and collective bargaining.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as trusted advisor to the HR Director, supporting workforce planning and annual processes.
• Analyze HR metrics and provide reports for senior leadership.
• Manage central functions HR needs and drive talent strategies.
• Lead safety, sustainability, and health initiatives with site leadership.
