Four Seasons Resort and Residences Los Cabos at Costa Palmas, located in LA RIBERA, is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to coordinate daily restaurant operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will lead by example, ensuring service standards, managing workloads, and coaching team members in a luxury hotel setting.

Ideal candidates bring at least two years of supervisory F&B experience, fluency in Spanish and English, and strong familiarity with Micros and Opera systems.

Formación

• Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) is required.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a supervisory role within Food & Beverage.
• Previous experience (2+ years) in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment is a strong asset.
• Proficiency in Micros and Opera systems.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Lead by example, uphold service standards, and support team performance.
• Assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
• Remain visibly present during peak service periods to support the team and ensure operational excellence.
