Four Seasons Resort Los Cabos at Costa Palmas, located in LA RIBERA, seeks an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily operations and ensure guest satisfaction. You will lead staff, maintain high service standards, and assist the Restaurant Manager in financial and operational tasks.

Role requires leadership in F&B, familiarity with Micros and Opera, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends in a luxury resort setting.

Formación

• Fluency in Spanish and English is required; leadership in Food & Beverage.
• Minimum of three years in Food & Beverage in a leadership role.
• Two or more years in a luxury hotel or similar environment is an asset.
• Knowledge of Micros and Opera systems is required.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and health regulations.
• Basic understanding of financials (labor cost, P&L, inventory).
• Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Proficient operating computer equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with day-to-day operations including opening and closing procedures.
• Monitor performance, provide guidance, and motivate team members.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly.
• Monitor daily sales, labor costs, and other KPIs.
• Assist in stock control, inventory checks, and ordering supplies.
• Follow cash handling and reconciliation procedures.
• Maintain staff schedules in coordination with the Restaurant Manager.
