Four Seasons Los Cabos Costa Palmas is seeking a Sommelier Assistant Manager to lead our wine program and deliver elevated guest experiences at our East Cape resort in La Ribera. You will guide wine selections, train the service team, and collaborate with outlets to optimize the wine program in a luxury, guest-centric environment.

The role requires fluency in Spanish and English, 3+ years in Food & Beverage with supervisory experience, and a background in luxury hotel dining.

Formación

• Fluent in Spanish and English, written and spoken.
• 3+ years in Food & Beverage, supervisory role preferred.
• 2+ years in a luxury hotel or high-end dining environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide expert wine guidance, pairings, and recommendations.
• Ensure exceptional service, proper wine temperatures and glassware.
• Oversee wine cellar inventory, storage standards, and cost control.
• Drive wine program performance, menu curation and supplier coordination.
• Lead wine education, tastings, and staff training.
