Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Los Cabos at Costa Palmas seeks a server to deliver exceptional food and beverage service in a luxury setting. You will present menus, take orders, and ensure a memorable guest experience at the resort's East Cape location.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years in F&B, 2+ years in a luxury hotel, and strong Spanish/English communication. Micross and POS familiarity is a plus. Excellent teamwork and presentation are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Minimum 3 years in a Food & Beverage role.
• 2+ years in a luxury hotel or similar environment is an asset.
• Must be able to operate computer equipment.

Responsibilities

• Present menus and answer questions about menu items.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
• Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
• Process payments (cash, card, mobile) and issue receipts.
• Follow health and safety regulations and hotel/restaurant standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
• Upsell menu items and promote daily specials or promotions.
