The role requires bilingual Spanish-English, at least two years in Front Desk or Rooms, plus luxury experience; proficiency with Opera Software and a strong customer-service mindset.

Formación

• Fluency in Spanish and English required.
• Minimum 2 years in Front Desk or Rooms division.
• 2+ years in luxury hotel environment preferred.
• Proficient in Opera Software.
• Knowledge of hotel systems with attention to detail.
• Strong guest service orientation and communication.
• Cultural sensitivity and customer service mindset.
• Guest-centric focus and personalized service.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily bell staff activities and assign tasks.
• Supervise service standards during guest arrivals and departures.
• Handle, safekeep, and deliver guests' luggage.
• Organize internal transportation and external transport when needed.
• Monitor lobby cleanliness and order.
• Follow up on special guest requests.
• Train new staff and reinforce procedures.
