Job summary
Four Seasons Resort and Residences Los Cabos at Costa Palmas seeks a Chef de Partie to lead in‑room dining preparations, ensuring precision, consistency and guest delight.
Based in Costa Palmas, you will supervise junior staff, coordinate with Room Service, and uphold food safety while contributing to menu development and seasonal specials.

Qualifications
- Experience as Chef de Partie in a luxury hotel or resort.
- Experience or interest in room service or a la carte operations.
- Culinary degree or equivalent certification.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, cook, and present in‑room dining items to resort standards.
- Lead junior kitchen staff during service for efficiency and quality.
- Ensure dietary, portion, and presentation requirements are met.
- Coordinate with Room Service to ensure timely guest deliveries.
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with local food safety regulations.
- Monitor stock and assist in inventory for the in‑room dining section.
- Support menu development and seasonal specials for room service.
