Four Seasons Los Cabos at Costa Palmas seeks a Front Desk Receptionist to set the tone for an exceptional guest experience. You will welcome guests, ensure seamless check-in/out, and liaison with departments to fulfill guest needs during their stay.

The position requires 2+ years in Front Desk or Rooms divisions, fluency in Spanish and English, and experience in luxury hospitality. Knowledge of Opera Software is mandatory to navigate hotel systems effectively.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English required.
• 2+ years of Front Desk or Rooms division experience.
• Luxury hotel experience preferred (2+ years).
• Opera Software experience is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly on arrival with a professional check-in/check-out process.
• Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications using the resort’s system.
• Answer calls and emails regarding bookings and guest inquiries.
• Handle guest concerns, complaints, and special requests promptly.
• Process payments, issue invoices, and maintain accurate records.
