Job summary

Pavago is seeking a Charter Sales Executive to convert qualified private aviation inquiries into booked charters, delivering a premium, white-glove client experience for high-net-worth travelers. This is a remote role with EST preferred.

You will manage client journeys from inquiry through booking, build long-term relationships, and coordinate with operations to ensure seamless charter execution while maintaining strong CRM discipline.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or client relationship management.
• Experience selling high-value or luxury services is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Convert inbound inquiries into booked private jet charters.
• Understand client travel needs and recommend aircraft solutions.
• Manage the sales process from inquiry to booking and post-flight follow-up.
• Build long-term relationships for repeat business.
• Deliver a polished, concierge-level client experience.
• Respond rapidly via phone, email, WhatsApp, and Slack.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure smooth charter execution.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline visibility.
• Support forecasting and performance reporting.
