Job summary

Pavago is hiring an experienced Bookkeeper to manage financial records, reconciliations, vendor payments, and operational reporting for a private aviation client. This is a fully remote, full-time role open to international candidates, with hours 9:00 AM–5:00 PM ET, Monday–Friday.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of bookkeeping, hands-on Xero, advanced Excel/Google Sheets, and experience reconciling 10+ accounts along with international payments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of bookkeeping, accounting operations, or related work.
• Hands-on Xero experience for reconciliations and reporting.
• Experience reconciling 10+ accounts simultaneously.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience with international payments and foreign currencies.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly/quarterly reconciliations across 10+ accounts.
• Manage vendor payments and track payment statuses.
• Maintain booking and payment data in HubSpot CRM.
• Prepare management reports on expenses, margins and costs.
• Develop dashboards and improve reporting workflows.
