Job summary

Pavago is seeking a Senior Bookkeeper / Accounting Operations Specialist with direct experience in private aviation to own financial records for a growing operation. You will reconcile 10+ accounts, manage international vendor payments, and prepare concise management reports, while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Ideal candidates will excel with Xero, Excel, HubSpot, and Convera GlobalPay, and be prepared to optimize processes through smarter spreadsheets and dashboards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience in bookkeeping or accounting operations.
• Direct experience in private aviation, aircraft charter, or related industry.
• Strong Xero, Excel, and Google Sheets skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform monthly and quarterly reconciliations across multiple accounts.
• Review and reconcile transactions in Xero; maintain COA and coding.
• Track trip-related costs, margins, and vendor payments.
• Coordinate international payments and foreign currency activities.
• Prepare management reports and dashboards for leadership.
• Automate reporting and improve accounting workflows.
