Ultimate Jet Vacations seeks a Travel Product Operations Associate to act as the bridge between suppliers, reservations, and our data systems. You will ensure hotel specifics and travel services are accurately entered for sale to agents and clients.

Your role focuses on data quality, problem solving, and efficient entry to keep our booking engine running smoothly. Remote work is supported with a US-dollar payroll structure.

Formación

• Must have 1–2 years in hotel product setup, travel agency operations, or inventory management.
• Experience interpreting and troubleshooting XML data feeds or API connectivity issues.
• Strong command of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and Google Workspace; familiarity with GDS/CRS tools.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard, verify, enter and manage supplier details (hotel markup, commissions, room data, fees).
• Ensure accurate and timely entry of product information into UJV database.
• Collaborate with sales agents to answer inquiries and resolve booking discrepancies.
• Manage content updates (general information, itineraries, terms & conditions).
• Troubleshoot operational issues with suppliers and internal teams; resolve discrepancies.
