Formación

• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in the Food & Beverage industry.
• At least one (1) year of experience in a luxury hotel or high-end hospitality environment.
• Current work authorization in Mexico is required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of In Room Dining and Gingers service.
• Supervise and coordinate all orders from preparation to delivery.
• Monitor service standards and product quality.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints.
• Support the IRD Manager with reports and training materials.
