Job summary

Four Seasons Resort and Residences Los Cabos at Costa Palmas is seeking a Housekeeping Coordinator to ensure smooth daily housekeeping operations across AM and PM services. The role includes preparing daily reports, coordinating room readiness, and delivering a world-class guest experience aligned with Four Seasons standards.

The candidate will manage guest requests, uphold high service levels, and work closely with Front Desk, Engineering, IT, and other teams to maintain operations and guest

Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Minimum of two years in Guest Experience – Call Centre.
• One+ years in a luxury hotel or similar environment is an asset.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Cross-cultural sensitivity and customer service orientation.
• Guest centricity and understanding of guest preferences.

Responsibilities

• Track and assign rooms arriving that day to ensure readiness before guest arrival.
• Maintain reports on guest calls, DND status, and department inventory.
• Respond to Four Seasons Chat requests promptly and greet guests when needed.
• Review and follow up on special requests (anniversaries, honeymoons, birthdays).
• Report anomalies in guest experience and log for follow-up in database.
• Maintain communication with Front Desk, Engineering, IT, IRD and other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
