Four Seasons Resort and Residences Los Cabos at Costa Palmas is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations on the East Cape. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with at least three years as a department head in F&B and experience in a luxury hotel.

The role focuses on service excellence, cost control, staff development, and adherence to brand standards, with a competitive compensation package and relocation support as part of a premium hospitality career.

Formación

• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Minimum of three years working in Food & Beverage as a department head.
• Two or more years’ experience in a luxury hotel or similar environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of Micros and Opera System is required.
• Knowledge of operating computer equipment and standard office software.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
• Coach and develop team members to maintain high performance and adherence to standards.
• Monitor service quality, efficiency, and attention to detail.
• Control labor, inventory, and operating costs while supporting revenue goals.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and company policies.
