Four Seasons Resort and Residences Los Cabos at Costa Palmas is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and financial discipline. You will role-model service standards, drive teamwork, and uphold luxury hospitality values.

The role requires fluent Spanish and English, 3+ years as a department head in F&B, and experience in luxury settings. A focus on guest preferences and cross-cultural service will be essential.

Formación

• Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
• Minimum of three years as a department head in Food & Beverage.
• Experience in a luxury hotel or similar environment is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee daily restaurant operations and guest experiences.
• Coach and develop team members to maintain high performance.
• Monitor service quality, efficiency, and attention to detail.
• Control labor, inventory, and operating costs while supporting revenue goals.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation and company policies.
