Four Seasons Cabo San Lucas is seeking a Room Service Coordinator. This role focuses on delivering exceptional F&B service, guiding guests through our menu, and maintaining the highest standards of hospitality in a luxury resort environment.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years in ultra-luxury hotels, be fluent in Spanish and English, and adept at multitasking under pressure. A strong team player, you will communicate across Opera, Hotsos, and Teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Formación

• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in Spanish and English.
• Minimum 2 years in ultra-luxury hotels.
• Knowledge of spirits, cocktails and wines.
• Ability to maintain high service quality under pressure.
• Excellent communication with guests and colleagues.
• Schedule availability.
• Strong presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Attend work shifts on time.
• Complete daily tasks.
• Follow safety and hygiene guidelines.
• Know F&B menus and ingredients.
• Keep work area clean and menus presentable.
• Keep OT profiles updated.
• Anticipate guests' needs.
